I just wanted to take this opportunity to Thank you so much for the wonderful cookery class I attended recently on "The Art of the Macaron"...
It was thoroughly enjoyable and I learn't so much .

"Have just done a class on Macarons. Absolutely wonderful. Will not be afraid to tackle making them on my own. Came home with great recipes. Hope to try the french dessert pastries next.

"We made macaroons as an early activity for our friend's Hen's Party - it was heaps of fun for the girls and everyone had lots of delicious macaroons to take home afterwards! Sandra was a great host - very friendly and relaxed -

Just a quick note to let you know how much I enjoyed your class on Saturday. You are a fabulous communicator. I also learnt many tips which I’m sure will help ensure my next souffle creations will be excellent. The Prune and Armagnac souffle was superb and after my debriefing of last weekend is eagerly awaited by my family.

I think the marcaroon we made are the best one i ever had. Even thourgh the look may not be as nice :) they were crunchy one hte outside and chewy on the inside.

I just wanted to thank you again for this afternoon's class on Macaroon cooking. (I'm attaching below a photo of me from the class.)
I really loved every moment of today's class. I fed my passions for both cooking and all things French. I'm really hoping to do
many of your classes next year as they all sound terrific. To start off, I like the sound of the classes that have a mixture of cooking,culture, drinks, cheeses, wines etc. It looks like there are two time slots for this - Monday and Wednesday evenings?
Is that correct?
