What should I wear to my classes?

Appropriate clothing and footwear should be worn at all times, with no open toe shoes to be worn in the kitchen.

What if I can't make it to each of the classes that I buy?

We understand that sometimes it is difficult to commit to 5 weeks of Monday's in a row, so our courses are flexible where you can join another group if there is an other day or someone can come at your place to complete the sessions you may have missed. N.B Due to catering and planning of class sizes we require at least 72 hours notice to accommodate changes to participation.

What's included in each session?

 

Each class includes all ingredients to make meals, and we also supply beverages to enjoy while we consume what we made. Chateau Cuisine also provides all cooking equipment.

How do I book for a course?

Under each class description you’ll see a link to book directly on line. Payment can be made via our secure payment system,Sticky tickets. Send us an email or simply gives us a call for the booking.

For Corporate functions cooking party

You may indicate: 

  • The numbers of participants
  • The requested date

Sandra will email you a seasonal menu proposal. Once all the details have been finalised (date, menu, location and number of participants) She will invoice you for full amount.
