"We made macaroons as an early activity for our friend's Hen's Party - it was heaps of fun for the girls and everyone had lots of delicious macaroons to take home afterwards! Sandra was a great host - very friendly and relaxed -
the perfect vibe for our event. Can't wait to get the girls together for more cooking adventures!

We partnered with Sandra from Chateau Cuisine recently by organising and cooking for a Fund Raising dinner for a local Rotary group. She and her staff were professional and thorough. The planning went without a hitch and the food was authentic, French and delicious. I would highly recommend Chateau Cuisine's services.

I also learnt many tips which I’m sure will help ensure my next souffle creations will be excellent. I think the marcaroon we made are the best one i ever had. Even thourgh the look may not be as nice :)   they were crunchy one hte outside and chewy on the inside.

SO i am attempt to make them this Easter holiday! wish me luck!

 I was so excited when I achieved such a satisfying result on my first solo attempt at making a Castelnaudary's Cake after our class.  It was delicious, and it presented beautifully.  Our guests were so impressed they asked to take home some leftovers! 

 My experience in your kitchen is inspiring me to be more adventurous!

I just wanted to thank you again for this afternoon's class on Macaroon cooking. (I'm attaching below a photo of me from the class.)


I really loved every moment of today's class. I fed my passions for both cooking and all things French. I'm really hoping to do

many of your classes next year as they all sound terrific. To start off, I like the sound of the classes that have a mixture of cooking,culture, drinks, cheeses, wines etc. It looks like there are two time slots for this - Monday and Wednesday evenings?

Is that correct?

Chere Caroline - Thank you so much for the most delightful day on Saturday.  I just loved the Cuisine de Noel and will definitely be making some of the dishes for my own family Christmas - the scallops, the dinde and also the Buche de Noel.
