All French and Swiss Regional cooking classes cost $63.00 each which makes a total of $315 for the 5 weeks course
Seasonal 3.5hrs intensive cooking classes cost $150 each
La Fondue au Fromage course cost $70.00 each
Classic French Sauces course cost $90.00 each
Art of making souffle classes cost $80.00 each
Art of making Macarons classes cost $110.00 each
Art of making Pastry, Croquembouche and entremet classes cost $110.00 each. Desserts class costs $ 110.00
La Buche de Noel course cost $110.00 each.
The 3,5hrs Christmas cooking classes cost $ 165.-- each
Basics French Cuisine classes cost $ 110.-- each
Appropriate clothing and footwear should be worn at all time, with no open toe shoes to be worn in the kitchen.
We cannot accommodate dietary requirements in all classes.
Payment Methods
In order to secure your place in all French and Swiss Regional cooking classes 5 weeks courses you need to pay a $100 deposit. There are only 10 places available class.
In order to secure your place in 3.5 hours Seasonal cooking class and Christmas cooking class you need to pay a $50 deposit. There are only 10 places available class.
In order to secure your place in the Art of making souffle, Art of making Macarons classes, Fondue, buche de Noel, Classic French sauces and Art of making Pastry classes must be paid on booking the class.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Cancellation Policy
There is a $100 non-refundable deposit for French and Swiss Regional cooking class and $50 non-refundable deposit for Seasonal and Christmas cooking class.
The payment for booking for macarons, souffle, fondue, Classic French sauces, Buche de Noel and pastry classes that allows us to reserve your place is an non-refundable deposit.
However you can receive a voucher to attend a course for another term. This voucher is transferable. Gift vouchers are also available at a special rate.
Chateau Cuisine reserves the right to cancel or reschedule for reasons concerning Chateau Cuisine. If a class has been cancelled due to low attendance, sickness or any other matter regarding Chateau Cuisine, all students will be notified within 48 hours of the class commencement date, and full refunds will be provided, with the option to reschedule.
If a student for what ever reason needs to cancel or reschedule, they must notify Chateau Cuisine within 5 days before their class begins to be able to reschedule. In unusual circumstances if you wish to cancel (please understand that ‘Chateau Cuisine’ cannot reimburse you unless we are able to fill your place.)
To enroll, simply fill out the enrollment form (go to section “Register”) and send it back along with the deposit cheque, or full amount, or alternatively you can enrol online. Please go to "Register" to find the registration form. If you enroll online, you still need to pay the $100 deposit (5 weeks course) or $50 deposit (Seasonal and Christmas cooking class) in order to secure your place.
