This 3.5 hours French cooking program will provide an ideal introduction to the best of French traditional recipes for each season. You will cook 3 different dishes, one entrée, one main and one desert that are aimed for each season. You will be enticed by the colours used to represent each season. At the end of the course you will enjoy a full lunch and taste your creations. You will learn the tricks of the trade that can only be attained through a demonstration and involved cooking.
