Sandra Bernard came to Australia 7 years ago, leaving behind her native Lausanne, a small city by the lake Geneva in Switzerland. Married to a French man, 2 children born here in Australia, she has maintained her strong link with France and Switzerland, its traditions, languages and culture (especially cheese and chocolate!!). She has a passion for food since her young age and love eating food from all around the world but the French cuisine, with sometimes a touch of the Swiss Alps, is the main one you will find in her family home. When she came here in Australia, she worked as a chef in a French cafe. Everyday, her passion for food grew bigger and she wanted to share her excitement in the art of French cooking.
